Our physiotherapy service covers a broad range of musculoskeletal concerns, including sports injuries, persistent pain, postural problems and conditions requiring rehabilitation. Where clinically appropriate, diagnostic MSK ultrasound can be used alongside clinical assessment, while image-guided procedures may be considered following assessment. Dry needling may also form part of physiotherapy for selected presentations involving muscle tightness and myofascial pain.We aim to help our patients develop a clearer understanding of their symptoms, establish an agreed treatment plan and work towards returning to everyday activities, employment, sport or other goals. Treatment may incorporate education, exercise, rehabilitation and appropriate hands-on care, with rehabilitation continuing between appointments and being reviewed as progress is made. Weekday, evening and Saturday appointments are available, and online consultations may be suitable for selected concerns.
