Pagan & McQuade Opticians

Had both my ears done today. The young lady that removed my wax, was very professional, explained the procedure and what to expect. My left ear was a challenge due to my inner ear been on the small side.very impacted with wax, took 40 minutes but she managed to clear everything. I can hear again, and don't feel dizzy anymore.
Would highly recommend this procedure. There's no pain and an improvement on the old fashioned way of syringing.

Thank you so much for fitting me in yesterday when I arrived on your door step with extreme pain in my eye. You were empathetic, lovely and despite no available appointments fitted me in. Bob was amazing and removed what he thinks was an insect leg. All better now and I will be booking my next eye test with you and suggest everyone else does too. The big brand competitors, who I've been a customer of for many years would not fit me in. Thank you again to the 3 people who were so lovely.

Because of problems affecting my health my Dr. recommended l visit my optician for an eye test despite being in between my regular visits. Once again Pagan & McQuade stepped up to the mark. Not only did they give me an appointment almost straight away, their eye test was every bit as thorough as I have begun to take for granted and honestly is second to none. The staff are fabulous, always friendly and courteous and you never feel like you're in a cattle market, rushed through like some high street opticians l could name.

I have had the best treatment ever. Adele is the sweetest girl I know. only met her twice but she is the very best. l was very upset yesterday and she took me upstairs and listened to my troubles. Then today I got home to find a lovely card and chocolates sent from Adele to cheer me up. wouldn't get that at spec savers. Thank you Adele for such a thoughtful gesture and I do love my new glasses fit perfectly and are great. See you soon with Phil to get his eyes tested. First class service highly recommended.
