Our Team
read moreJan grew up in Vordingborg 90 km south of Copenhagen in Denmark. After several failed treatments for lower back pain at the age of 11, chiropractic eventually provided the relief he and his family had been looking for. From that point his heart was set on becoming a chiropractor. After graduating in 1992 from the Anglo-European Collge of Chiropractic in Bournemouth he moved to Worthing where he practised as an associate for four years. In 1996 he and Sarah opened Park View Acupuncture & Chiropractic Clinic.
What is Massage
read moreReceiving sports massage regularly can help prevent this latent build up of tension within the body. If undetected these muscle imbalances may at best limit movement and strength but at worst, if undiagnosed, can become serious enough to cause chronic pain to muscles and joints in the surrounding areas. Sports massage can detect these variations in the soft tissues before further complications develop, helping to maintain the body's healthy physical state.
