Great place!
Collected my new glasses today and I am absolutely thrilled with them! The whole experience from testing to choosing to collecting has been seamless. I have been going to O&C for years as I always get top class treatment BUT also there is such a wide choice of frames and lenses. However under Jackie's expert guidance I am so happy with my choice. I also have back up with my contact lenses and despite it being a complex prescription Michael has made sure that is spot on as well. Value for Money

Visited here to buy some varifocal glasses about 3 months ago, and I'm still as delighted now as then with them. They're perfect.The whole service was professional, and enjoyable. I saw Michael, who was both efficient with measurement, and brilliant at understanding the type of glasses I needed. I then saw Jackie who has an amazing flair for selecting glasses that are perfect for you. I came away with a pair of glasses and also some varifocal sunglasses, and it's made a world of difference.

The Optometrist will ask you about any current or previous eye problems and how you are getting on with any spectacles that you have. You will also be asked about your general health and any medications that you are taking. Information about any family history of eye problems will also be helpful as some problems eg Glaucoma can run in families.
