Using our CAD/CAM software we can work from customer's concept drawings or production drawings to produce single sample moulds though to complete tool assemblies, including trim tools at competitive process to very high standards of quality.

The machines are a Hermle C42U MT 5 Axis Mill/Turn Machine and a Hermle C12U 5 axis Machining Centre. The C42MT has a traverse path of 800 x 800 x 550 mm and a turning capacity up to 800 mm diameter. 1 x Hermle C400 5 Axis Machining Centre - 850mm x 700mm x 500mm - 18000 RPM - Fitted with HS Flex robot.
