read moreCNC turning is a central department within Next Axis, specialising in quality, low-volume intricate components. With the ability to turn up to 300mm in diameter and 400mm in length, our machines have full mill/turn capabilities with driven tooling and a Y-axis. This enables us to produce parts that require further milling and drilling in one single operation, making the whole process more time- and cost-efficient for our customers. Offline programming, using Featurecam software, enables us to import data straight from customers' models, thereby removing any drawing errors and improving lead times, something that is important to all of the precision engineering services we offer.
