Newcastle High Street Medical Practice

As a Practice we're open and accountable to the wider NHS for the care that we supply to patients. As part of this we're required to submit information, held on our computerised clinical system, to Newcastle Primary Care Trust and other NHS organisations about patient care. We currently have Policies and Guidelines in place to ensure patient privacy, confidentiality, and informed consent is respected at all times. You have the correct to see computer held information about you and to ask for errors to be noted and corrected.
