The system does not promote the use of force, nor require extreme flexibility or stamina, so is suitable for most people regardless of size, gender or weight. No, the school is run in the tradition manner similar to a family structure. Those who join the school before you are you elder siblings and those who join after you are your younger siblings.

The only difference between these two versions is the founder of Wing Chun, Ng Mui. The version that was passed down to us through Late Grand Master Yip Man stated that Ng Mui was a nun. The version through the research of our new generation believed that Ng Mui was a Monk. It was believed that the old time monks and nuns couldn't work and stay in the same temple.
