Very late on my review but honestly could not recommend highly enough! Georgia was incredibly helpful and made sure I had a good understanding of everything each step of the way. She made the process much less stressful than I had thought it would be and everything happened very quickly and smoothly!

Didnt know anything about purchasing a property when I first came to Georgia from TMC. She spoke me through it and booked me in for a zoom meeting to discuss funds and get something in principle with a lender. Once I found the property that I wanted to purchase, Georgia put me in a full application and only charged a small fee for this to be done.

My first property fell through so she put another application in free of charge for a different property. What a great service from her and TMC. Id recommend them 100%, she was responsive instantly to any of my queries and helped it become a smooth transaction
