read moreWell done to all our dancers who competed at Clacton Open Competition last weekend. It was a really long day but a great last Comp practice before Blackpool - keep up the hard work everyone! Earlier this month we took a group of our 2 to 4 year old dancers to Lakeview Lodge care home and held a Lollipops class with the residents. All the children were amazing and joined in despite being in an unfamiliar environment. The residents enjoyed participating in the music and even joined in clapping along to Baby Shark!

read moreWe had a great day at the ADFP comp in Luton on Sunday 28th May. It was a very long and hot day, but the MKDC Children worked extremely hard with smiles on their faces to match. Their teachers are extremely proud! Here are the results! Solos Under 10 Beginners Eliza - 1st - Lost a life! What a fabulous night! The 1950's Dance on Saturday Night went down a storm thanks to Gary Beckwith and his incredible sound taking us back to those golden years. The night was packed full of 50's music, quizzes (congratulations to Elaine's team!) and even the classic Hula Hoop competition to remind us of a simpler time.

Our classes on Monday 2nd, Tuesday 3rd & Wednesday 4th November will be operating as normal. read moreWe had some superb results at June Moase's competition in Thame for our first comp back after the summer break, and it was lovely to see all the children supporting their friends and being happy for each other's successes! Special mentions go to: Isla Roberts on finally losing her last Beginner life and moving up to Starters in Solos Rosie Owen. Well done to the small squad who attended the Solihull Competition in August. You all worked hard and should be proud of your call backs as well as the semi-final or finals places.

Children's Classes at Old Stratford CLOSED Old Stratford Community Hall have just advised us that they have decided to close until further notice. We are therefore unable to run our usual Saturday classes in Old Stratford for the foreseeable future. As we are still running classes at our main dance centre in New Bradwell this Saturday all Old Stratford pupils are invited to attend.
