Experience Dance And Fitness

Whether you want to get fit, dance or exercise for fun this is the Club for you. It's not easy if you are on your own or feel unsure about your abilities. Our classes are aimed at Adult Beginners. The general age selection is between 23 and 60, with quite a few either side, so age is not a factor! At Experience Dance and Fitness we're here to assist you to take that 1st step. All our instructors have a highly positive and friendly attitude. Our dance and fitness classes are intended to be for enjoyment 1st and foremost. It is not our intention to train you to become an expert ballet dancer or athlete.
