Middlewich Street Dental Practice is our private dental and cosmetic clinic serving the Crewe community and surrounding areas. We provide family dentistry alongside a broad range of cosmetic treatments, with the aim of helping our patients maintain healthy teeth and achieve confident smiles. We are accepting new patients and currently provide a 65 New Patient Examination, covering a full clinical assessment, oral cancer screening and any necessary small X-rays. Our commitment to service has been recognised through the WhatClinic Patient Service Award, which we received consecutively in 2023, 2024 and 2025. Our convenient community location is only around five minutes by car from Crewe Grand Junction Retail Park, using the A530 and A5020, and we welcome patients from Wistaston, Haslington, Leighton and Shavington.Our cosmetic dentistry services range from professional teeth whitening and composite bonding to Invisalign, teeth straightening, porcelain veneers, dental implants and smile makeovers. Following a detailed clinical assessment, we create bespoke and long-lasting treatment plans according to each patient's individual needs. We also make provision for urgent dental problems by reserving same-day emergency appointments for registered and unregistered patients in Crewe. Those suffering from severe toothache, a broken tooth or a lost filling can contact our urgent care service for prompt attention. Dr Scott Hall and our clinical team, comprising dentists, a dental hygienist, a treatment co-ordinator and dental nurses, are committed to providing compassionate, professional care. I would like to recognise Nicole, the wonderful receptionist at Middlewich Street Dental, for the exceptional care, compassion, and customer service she provides.
I wasnt there as a patient myself, but as a chaperone for a friend who was receiving treatment, and I was genuinely impressed by the way Nicole interacted with everyone. Whether she was speaking to people at reception or on the phone, her manner was warm, professional, and incredibly reassuring. Her telephone manner was outstanding friendly, patient, and caring, making every caller feel valued, listened to, and supported.
Nicole took the time to listen to clients, made people feel comfortable, and showed genuine interest in their concerns. Her customer care is second to none, and it is clear that she truly cares about the people she helps. Nothing seemed too much trouble, and she consistently went above and beyond to ensure everyone felt welcome and at ease.
The kindness, patience, and compassion she showed throughout my visit were remarkable. She made conversation with clients, treated everyone with respect, and created such a positive atmosphere within the practice. Excellent Dental Practice. We moved to Middlewich Street about 18mths ago and they have been great. We are on a plan for checkups and hygienist and I have had some crown work done which has been done with kindness annd empathy due to being a bit anxious at the dentist. Keep up the great service!

The environment is clean, tidy, light and comfortable.

Always a lovely clean surgery, staff really nice,Scott gives good advice re: which toothbrush I should be using. Emma very helpful & stops treatment if it's hurting me( very sensitive gums & teeth) then restarts when I'm ready.Would highly recommended a excellent service.
