In addition, delivery of repeat medication to housebound patients can be arranged with many pharmacies- please check with your local pharmacy for more information. Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a GP, Clinical Pharmacist or Practice Nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification of when this is due will appear on your repeat prescription slip.
