I recently had my implant crown replaced at the clinic with Dr. Sahil Patel, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The previous crown I had was causing some irritation and didn’t quite match the rest of my teeth. Dr. Patel recommended replacing it with a crown made from higher-quality, more aesthetic materials—and the difference is night and day.
Not only does it look far more natural and blend seamlessly with my smile, but the discomfort I was experiencing is completely gone. It’s clear that this clinic works with a highly skilled dental ceramist—the craftsmanship is truly impressive.

The service is amazing. I did have to wait quite a while for the materials to be ordered for my appointment which was a bummer for me, however it was out of the dentists control as they were ordered from abroad, plus over Christmas. The care i experienced though, was brilliant from the precision to detail, to the gentleness of the procedure. If you need dental care that involves numbing injections, you will really not feel a thing as the dentist will numb your gums before even going in with the injections. You really won’t feel anything which eased my anxiety as that’s the worst part. This practise is professional, skillfull, welcoming and explanative as each step of your appointment is disclosed as they do it so you’re not shocked by certain noises/sensations.

I had my front bottom and top teeth replaced with veneers by Dr Patel approximately 2 and a half years ago. I have been beyond pleased with the result. More recently I have seen Dr Patel at Marylebone Clinic for work on my back teeth. Dr Patel’s work is second to none. He is such a nice guy; explaining everything in detail before beginning the treatment. Prices are very reasonable too, given that the clinic is in Harley Street. I cannot recommend highly enough.

Amazing service and incredible dentistry.
I found Sahil through Instagram sometime ago and I contacted him following a trauma whilst abroad, where my front tooth snapped in two as a result of a hockey stick incident when I was a teenager.
Sahil was empathetic and even responded on a Sunday offering to create a temporary fix the following day, for which I was so grateful; the temporary tooth was so good it was near on impossible to tell.
Over the next three sessions my experience was second to none; everything was explained in detail and each appointment I felt relaxed (not a feeling one expects visiting a dentist); on my third appointment the permanent tooth was installed and before final fix I was given two options of colour/reflectiveness. My friend who is also a dentist was blown away at the colour match and process that went into designing my tooth.
I cannot speak highly enough of Sahil and the team at Marylebone Smile Clinic; going forward, I will be using them as for my regular check-ups.

For years I was self conscious about something others would maybe not overly notice, however it was a big deal to me. I had some discolouring in my front teeth from old fillings/being chipped, and a root canal I had done over 10 years ago. I finally took the plunge and invested in my smile, and I couldn’t have gone to a better dentist. Thank you ever so much Dr. Sahil for your diligence, patience, and talent of your craft. You have given me the confidence to grin once again. My teeth look natural, pearly white and are no longer a thought I have when a photo is taken or I smile at events. Also a special thank you to receptionist Rania you are the most lovely person - a true ray of sunshine! And thank you Laura, for assisting Dr. Sahil so well with treatment and making me feel at ease. Highly recommend this dentist. Expensive, but you are in great hands, and won’t be disappointed. xx

I had been procrastinating on getting treatment for a troublesome wisdom tooth, but the entire team at the clinic made the entire process much smoother and less intimidating than I had imagined.
For other treatment, what stood out the most to me was the genuine care and attention to detail in discussing the best options, not only for the health of my teeth but also in terms of cost-effectiveness. This honest and transparent discussion was greatly appreciated, as it ensured that I made well-informed decisions about my dental care.
I can confidently say that I'll definitely be returning for any future dental needs, as the level of care, professionalism, and transparency I experienced at this clinic was fantastic. I had a wonderful experience with Marlyebone’s Smile Clinic dental services. Initially, I was apprehensive due to previous unsuccessful attempts using cosmetic dental products, but Dr. Sahil and his team made me feel at ease. Really happy with my Smile Clinic experience as a whole! I opted for the Invisalign treatment and achieved a result I'm really happy with.
Dr Sahil provided a fantastic service and his team were brilliant. Simona made me feel comfortable and Rania is like the Messi of dentistry with her knowledge and super friendly.
