The Village Optician Ltd, Prestwich, is located on the busy main road linking Bury and Manchester. The practice has recently moved into bigger premises to provide for the increase in the patient database. The practice began from scratch in 1992 with only two part time team and me. Now the practice has 8 full and part time team including our director Karen who is a Dispensing Optician, Natalie who is our recently qualified Ophthalmic Optician, Eileen, Gillian, Andrea and Tanya our friendly reception team and Andrew our technician. Then, there is me - i am Michael - i have been qualified as an Ophthalmic Optician ( known as an Optometrist) for over twenty five years - yes I can hardly believe it myself!
