read moreWhere to start... I'd been away with friends for a short break. I arrived back in the country and picked my car up from the airport car park. I was pulled over at random on my way home. The officer asked me if I'd been on holiday (he saw my suitcase in the back) and asked where I'd been. When I told him he said he'd have to drug test me. I complied and it let to my arrest. I wasn't 'high' and was definitely not impaired. The officer did not stop me because I was driving dangerously.
I only appointed MAJ Law because I'd read positive reviews online. Too be honest you don't know what to believe online but I called them and they sounded confident. I first spoke to Conor who discussed my case at length. His knowledge of drug driving cases is extensive. He can tell you all about drug metabolites and methods of testing etc... From the beginning they were professional and proactive. There were no false promises.
Fast forward two months and they have successfully persuaded the police not to charge me. That means I don't have to go to court and cannot lose my licence. I didn't know this was possible but I'm told it happens a lot in cases like mine.
I would strongly encourage anyone in a similar situation to speak to MAJ Law. Not cheap but does the job.

A great result from MAJ law and five stars for service. The solicitor dealing with my case was called James and he was lovely from start to finish. James is a very calm natured person and at the time of the charge I definitely wasn't. When I met him for my first court case I was instantly put at ease and felt I was in safe hands. The case went on for some time but all the way through James did his absolute best to reassure me that he was almost certain we would win at the end of it. He was absolutely right. From the initial call back from connor Johnstone I explained in full what had happened and he said from the off set the possible sentencing guidelines explained what could happend and talked me throu it all , as soon as we hung up I was happy to proceed , all though the price scared me initially , I was more than happy with the way every 1 at MAJ law conducted them selfs and made sure with only 2 weeks notice they had everything in place they was quick and prompt and told me adsactly what I needed to do my end , from character references to letters of apolygy, and my statement of events , they advised me on all the best ways to obtain information and also proof read and was quick to tell me if they would be benifical or not , I was very worried of all out comes through out the 2 weeks since first contact and then to court, but Lucy Mullins was quick to respond to every email reassuring me and even taking the time to call me to make sure I was ok and reassuring me via telephone as well, very polite and in the know about every step, I also had a call from harry to make sure I was all prepared and that everything was going as it should , I was assigned a barrister called Ashly barnes , and he met me at court , he took me straight into a room to discus everything and tell me what he had done what he was going to say and what was expected of me in the court room , this man was very confident and reassuring and I felt in very good hands from the moment we first spoke , not only that but we got into court very fast as he had all ready spoken with the prosecution etc , and we was in and out in less than an hour with a better result than we expected, so all credit to Ashly barnes @MAJ Law , I would recommend this firm to anybody and guarantee they wouldn’t be disappointed!

Poor representation Of clients as legal advisors
Poor Representation of law solicitors,Gave me misinformation, regarding my case sentence, To avoid Being true to there customer care promises
lacked legal knowledge , Misadvised me to mislead me ,
Charged a premium rate , with no after support,
I received a driving ban , but after completion still had 12 points on my licence , asked my solicitor to clarify this , unreachable fir weeks ,
Gave me wrong advice that it was correct to have 12 points after a ban ,
Requested more payment to write to the court to get clarification on the sentencing
Claim that they will save your licence , untrue , false
Feel secure and safe with them as your legal representative, disingenuine
Would not advise anyone to use this company with you driving matters and help save your license
Unable to fulfill fulfil the responsibilities if there is a element of bias

MAJ have been absolutely excellent with our son's recent drink driving case. We contacted them after we got talking to one of the locals in the pub and they mentioned that there was a motoring solicitors' firm not far from where we live and to give them a try. James was amazing and was always available when we needed to contact him. On occasions where he wasn't, he would always phone us back at his earliest convenience. He gave clear and concise advice throughout the whole case and was extremely knowledgeable in this area of law. M.A.J Law have been absolutely excellent all the way through from start to finish. Our daughter needed legal advice quite urgently and Tom was absolutely amazing. Just wanted to say a heart felt thank you for making a very difficult situation as stress fee and as easy as possible.
