The London Laser Clinic () was established in 1996. It is a private Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) Clinic located in the best known Hospital of St John and St Elizabeth in St John's Wood, Central London. The uses relevant new technology to treat ENT problems, with a particular emphasis on lasers for minimal discomfort day case treatments. Those conditions treated vary from simple snoring and sleep apnoea to blocked nose, facial moles, tonsil problems, head and neck cancer, catarrh, rhinoplasty, ear problems, voice issues, cosmetic facial treatment and neck lumps. read moreIn my practice, I want day case surgery only - everyone goes home 4 to 6 hours post op. I don't pack noses or do anything that might cause discomfort or a delay in discharge. I encourage early return to work, for example if your tonsils are laser vapourised under general anaesthetic on a Friday morning, you go home on Friday afternoon, take it easy over the weekend and return to work on Monday, albeit taking painkillers and anti-inflammatories. My re-admission rate with complications is 0% over the past 6 years at the main hospitals where I work - Spire London East and HealthHub.
