read moreIf you feel the problem is urgent and needs dealing with that day the receptionist will ask you a few questions to help us arrange the most appropriate course of action, this may then result in a doctor phoning you back. If you feel your problem or query can be dealt with by phone, doctor, nurse and treatment room telephone appointments are available. Please note medication requests and sick notes can not be sorted in this way. See relevant sections. We offer routine evening appointments Tuesday to Thursday from 6.30pm to 7.15pm and alternate Saturday morning appointments for those patients who find it difficult to attend the routine surgeries during their normal working day.
