PASS PLUS was introduced to raise new drivers' standards of driving in differing road conditions, and in turn, to reduce their insurance premiums as an incentive. It is backed by Insurance firms, Central Government, and the Driving Standards Agency (DSA)You must take the Pass plus course within 1 year of passing your driving test to qualify for the reduction to your insurance policy.
