J W BELL & SON Independent Funeral Directors came to Wirral at the turn of the last century. It was here in Moreton Joe Bell, the founder, opened the 1st garage with a petrol pump in the area. Joe then founded J W BELL & SON Funeral Directors in Moreton in 1922. When Joe died in 1955, his son George took over the family tradition until he died in 1991. J W BELL & SON is now run by George's son Bob from the premises in Pasture Road. J W BELL & SON are well set up in Moreton and the Wirral area.
