Many thanks to liz and Tom for an exceptional service for my nieces funeral. I would highly recommend using simple send offs. As a family this is the third time we've used them and I let everyone know about them, they are much cheaper than others but you wouldn't guess.

Tom and Liz provided a very high quality professional and dignified service for our brother who recently passed away. The price was very competitive and the family were very pleased with the service. Nothing was too much trouble which made the arrangements for the funeral service easier at a time of great sorrow.

As per our uncles wish we had a simplicity funeral. This was something that we had not experienced before as it is not a typical service and we didn't know what to expect or how to feel about it. Our family experienced a wonderful service by Tom, who was very approachable and professional. He put all our minds at ease and helped and guided us every step of the way. He worked with our family with compassion and we knew our Len would be in safe hands. Tom dealt with all hospital staff and had our Lens ashes back to us in time to send him off with his mum on his 60th birthday. I could not recommend this company enough. They were fantastic in our time of need.

So glad we found this company. Good value and staff were very sympathetic to our situation and professional. I couldn't have done it without them. Liz went over and above to make sure things weren't too overwhelming. Tom did a lovely service, managing to capture the essence of someone he'd never met. Really can't thank them enough and would recommend to anyone requiring a personal and friendly touch in such emotional circumstances.

Excellent service for my mother in law's funeral. Made everything so easy. Liz came to the house to do all the arrangements. The cost was very reasonable for all that they did. Both Liz and Tom made the whole process much easier to deal with and left no stone unturned. Would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you again

Can't praise liz and Tom enough for everything they done for my dad's send-off, didn't know what to expect really with it being so much cheaper than other companies, everything they done had a more personal touch, they don't believe in selling you things you don't need, really can't thank them enough, lovely people.
