We offer dance classes for all ages and abilities from ages 3 upwards - either just for fun and fitness or working towards a qualification with the IDTA / RAD. We have 3 studios that are available for hire and are suitable for dance, music, photo shoots, rehearsals, casting calls, one to one etc. Hype Dance Community offers dance workshops for schools & colleges as well as programs such as "Dance for Dementia" and "Dance to be Active" to a wide variety of community groups.

read moreOver the years we've managed to build up a fantastic team of professional dance tutors who all bring something different and unique to Hype Dance. They are all experienced professionals fully qualified in the discipline that they teach for us, fully insured, and above all are warm, welcoming and friendly! Click on each image for their full profiles. Anna is the founder of Hype Dance Company and also it's Artistic Director teaching regularly within the Academy. She hold her Fellowship with the IDTA, is a Registered teacher with RAD, a Member of Equity UK and a CDET registered teacher.

read moreFrom 7th September 2020 we will be re-starting dance classes at our studios. Initially we'll be running a smaller timetable than usual with the intention of getting back to a full and normal timetable as soon as possible. Our first concern is the safety and wellbeing of our staff and customers and to that end we've made some changes to the way we'll be doing things. We have closed off reception / changing rooms and will not allow parents into the building. You will be met by one of the team at the door, who will lead the children up to their studio.
