You are encouraged to participate in the Tiny Wigglers toddler dance classes as your children learn from you too and you get a chance to share their experience.
WiggleTots toddler dance classes are filled with enthusiasm and a passion for dancing, moving and keeping fit. We have lots of props which encourage sensory play and movement which the children love but the tricky bit is giving them back!!!! There is a different theme every few weeks as children learn through repetition.
Your little one will improve their balance and co-ordination skills, rhythm and timing whilst improving their social, gross & fine, and listening skills.

Tiny Wigglers classes
read moreIf your child is confidentially walking then this is the perfect toddler dance class. You join in with your little one too! This dance programme as been specifically written to develop a range of skills including balance, co-ordination and listening as well as locomotive and non locomotive movements such as walking, running, jumping, hopping and skipping. It is a fun creative dance class full of props, laughter! & fun!.
Inter-generational classes, Bridge the Gap project. 1-101 years
read moreThese classes are carried out in residential care homes or assisted living communities with both children and older adults in the same class! These classes are an hour and consist of a 40 minute inclusive class and 20 minutes of free play/social time at the end with a snack for the children & a cuppa for their adults. There are many benefits to these classes for children including, keeping the young and old connected, reducing inaccurate sterotypes and gaining positive older role models. For the older adults their is evidence to suggest that their mood is lifted, cognition and social skills are improved & they have fun.

We love the 'tappy stick' song and learning the new moves and theme each term. We are so impressed with how Dawn has put together the choreography and music. The props are fantastic. The dance teacher, Dawn, has a fantastic rapport with all the kids and gives them loads of encouragement and praise. She makes them all feel welcome, especially any new starters. Dawn is a very experienced teacher and keeps the movements and dance routines simple. Its fantastic to watch and the atmosphere is lovely, bright and colourful!

read moreMy daughter (just turned 2) and I are in our second term with wiggletots. My little girl really enjoys it, she has learnt to do what she is told to join in and its reflected in her behaviour at home aswell. Dawn is brilliant with the kids especially when they want to take props etc off her. She gets everyone involved. We enjoyed it so much we told a couple of friends that also started this term!!! Such a lovely class well worth trying it out.

read moreMy little boy has been to 3 sessions so far and while he was a bit hesitant at first, he has really warmed to it and loves it. The repetition of the theme throughout the term means it's becoming familiar to him and he gets really excited about using the props again and especially about collecting the treasure. It's so lovely seeing him recall what he's done at the session when he tells his Daddy about "wiggle pops". I would highly recommend these sessions to anyone who has a toddler. It's really imaginative, and exciting and fun for the little ones. I'm probably enjoying it just as much as him.

Most of our guests were only 2 but we did have a couple of children who were 5/6 and even they got involved and thoroughly enjoyed themselves. It was so much fun, I honestly can't recommend enough!! read moreMy little boy has been to 4 sessions now. He is 15 month and at first wasnt so sure but he has definitely warmed to it and he has started to get to grips with all the dancing and playing. I would 10000% reccomend to try these classes, they are so cheap and help your little ones develop. Dawn has a true talent for doing thses classes and she covers all ages to ensure all kids have fun and a good boogie

Lots of exciting things to do involving music, movement, instruments, etc. Dawn is amazing, involving all the children and has so much energy!! We will definitely be regular members. Fantastic
My daughter adores wiggletots and asks frequently in the morning whether it's a WiggleTots day. She has learnt so much from the class. Nicely repetitive so the toddlers really grasp the concepts and feel at home with the class. Dawn is fantastic with the children. Would highly recommend for children who love music and movement. Value for Money

We have been to our first session today I can honestly say Dawn at stocksbridge is brilliant so much patience and made us feel very welcome we've just booked for the term this is definitely the best group I've ever taken any of my 2 children to Value for Money
