Rob and his colleagues at HGS have been fantastic! The engineers gave comprehensive and balanced advise when dealing with our broken boiler. Based on this we decided on a boiler replacement. The installation team were friendly, professional and even put up with our bouncy puppy (thank you).
The communication from Rob and his team is exceptional and really does focus on the customer!
In todays society we don’t always see such a personal approach from companies, which is what has made it even more remarkable!
I will be recommending HGS to all friend and family and will be using the company for ongoing annual services and any other work that needs doing!
