All too often today we become the victims of a pace of life which is so fast we cannot keep up without our health suffering. Demands on our time are great and we tend to forget about our own wellbeing. There are no lasting quick 'fixes' in life and we need to take time for ourselves to look within and to heal ourselves, before we can really progress with our lives.
