Heath House Surgery

Heath House Surgery has been in its present premises for over twelve years. The building was the 6th form of the former grammar school, which is now Heath Training Centre next door. The surgery has access for the disabled with all consulting and treatment rooms located on the ground floor along with a patient toilet. The partners are independent contractors who have formed an equal partnership (unlimited) under the name Heath House Surgery. Calderdale Primary Care Trust has contracted the partnership to provide primary care medical services to the local community.
