I'd been having an issue with my eyes, which was causing me some anxiety. They quickly arranged for me to have an emergency checkup (and a more detailed follow up), and were able to reassure me that the problem was not as serious as I had thought. I cannot praise their professionalism or their helpfulness highly enough. 10/10.
