Glenys Underwood
Alternative Medicine Practitioner in Lincoln, Lincolnshire
Reflexology is an ancient healing technique, practised as a pressure-point massage of the feet or hands. Contrary to popular belief, it does not tickle! It is now being used in hospitals, clinics and hospices as it sits very well alongside orthodox medicine. Reflexology is built on the principle that there are certain reflex points on the feet, which are linked to different organs of the body. When certain points are stimulated, they in turn stimulate specific body parts.
