From the 1st day you join GJ Fitness you will receive a tailor made individual training program, written bespoke for you, which incorporates a fitness regime and dietary goals. You simply pre-book your next visit at a time and day to meet and you then have a highly skilled individual trainer each time you come to assist you through your training program. There is a maximum of 12 people in the gym at any one time, which guarantees no waiting for equipment or overcrowding.
