Health Club in Glasgow, Scotland In 1991, and living in Millport, I became a qualified aerobics instructor and taught classes throughout Ayrshire including exercise to music, step and circuit training. My move to Clarkston in 1998 coincided with a change in direction to my career in the fitness industry. I wanted a new and fresher challenge, and armed with both self-belief and a positive attitude, I achieved my aim and qualified as a individual fitness trainer. It turned out to be the finest decision of my life.
