Chris qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1971 and since then has spent over three decades in senior financial and general management positions in a broad range of businesses. Many of these positions were in entrepreneurial organisations where he worked closely with the owners of the business. Most of these businesses grew significantly whilst he was with them and two of them featured in the Sunday Times lists of most profitable and fastest growing private firms in the UK.
