In each personal trainer session, I will give you the right activities and durations to make sure you succeed; as long as we can work together and put our best efforts into it, there is no reason why even the most ambitious of goals cant be achieved over a period of time.

read moreOne off sessions are available for women who want eitheradviceand theoccasional support on exercising on a sporadic basis, or for people who want to have a trial with a personal trainer before committing to more sessions. My packages are mcuh better value if you know you want several sessions on a more regular basis, for instance at the start of a new exercise plan or if you feel you need additional motivation and training.

I will advise you of your optimal eating and workout routines but it is up to you as the trainer to take the fitness and exercise information from Female Personal Trainer Derby to achieve your goals. It will require motivation and commitment but I will be here for you every step of the way to make sure you release your full potential.

Take that first step in 2017
My friend and I booked a free consultation with Cherie Brown and then a session to see if the personal trainer approach worked for us.
Cherie provided us with a healthy meal sheet to help encourage a positive mind set to food and training, the two things go hand in hand.
After the first session we went on to book a set of 10 sessions, which works out more economic. The 10 sessions was the best thing we could have done, it really helps put you on the path to achieving your goals.
We decided to do our 10 sessions weekly and by the end both of us had lost weight and inches and could see a visible difference in our shape, plus fit into clothes that had been at the back of the wardrobe.
Cherie is very approachable and her programs are challenging, varied and fun, there is always something different to keep you interested.
Whilst Cherie pushes you to achieve your personal best, everyone’s best is different, she works with what you can do, I for example have back problems so she finds ways to make the exercise work for me.
I am also a vegetarian and have in the past struggled with healthy eating ideas as a lot contain meat and fish, again Cherie worked with me to find a solution that fits my personal circumstance.
If you can go with a friend I would highly recommend it from a value point of view but more importantly, sharing the work out helps you motivate and encourage each other to succeed. On days when you don’t feel like it and we all have them, going together ensures that one of us encourages the other.
I never thought a personal trainer would have been for me but it has made an incredible difference to my fitness and healthy lifestyle.
