New team complete a health questionnaire and are CRB checked to ensure there are no criminal records which may compromise the quality of care. Following appointment, team go through a thorough induction program to make sure they are familiar with all the tested and tried policies and procedures to provide exceptional standards of care. They are then allocated to a base room where ratios are 1:3 for babies, 1:4 for 2 - 3 year olds and 1:8 for 3+
