Elite Physical Medicine

I'm so thankful I was recommended Elite Physical Medicine. I had a huge horse riding accident early December, smashed leg and foot with a titanium rod. The recovery has been tough but 11 weeks in, I'm back walking and in the gym!!!!
Andy has been a fantastic support, incredible physio and I would not hesitate to return... Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I went to see Gemma when I was 8 months pregnant with hip and groin pain - Gemma was extremely knowledgeable and did a whole body review rather than just concentrating on one area to work out what was causing the problems. She gave me lots of homework to fix the issue -
Within a few days of this app the UK was shut down because of coronavirus but I have since had two follow up appointments via Zoom which is has been just as good as face to face and has been really helpful in continuing my physio and even preparing me for post birth plans as well!

Following hip surgery in December I have been under Nicola's care both in person and also via video when the lockdown rules did not allow me to come in to the practise. I strictly followed Nicola's advice and rehab regime and am delighted to now be back to 100% - I was able to resume playing golf, tennis and cycling all within the timescales that she predicted and the support I received was excellent - thanks again.

After struggling with severe Sciatica like pains 30 weeks in to my pregnancy I sought help from Gemma West. I can not believe the difference the physio sessions with Gemma have made. Gemma was really thorough and explained clearly why and how I was getting the pain giving me exercises to strengthen and help. I am shocked at how quickly the pain and my strength has improved.
Absolutely brilliant service and in a lovely environment. I would recommend to anyone especially pregnant and new mums.
