Clients come to me for one-to-one treatment because, for a variety of reasons, they feel overwhelmed and held back from the life they want.

But what can sound do for any of these things? Well, a lot! Sound therapy leaves my clients feeling more relaxed, focused and energised, mentally clearer, emotionally stronger, and in less pain. And this can be just at the end of the first treatment!

Over the course of several treatments, we can make real shifts in your energy patterns which helps you change things in your life which are causing overwhelm.

Your Intensive 1:1 Package includes:

* An initial 2 hour appointment, where we discuss your needs, and your plans. It includes visualisation and 45 minutes of sound therapy;

* 3 further appointments of an hour each, over the next 4 weeks. They each include 45 minutes of sound therapy;

* a hardback notebook of handmade paper to record your progress on your healing journey;

* a workbook in which you can record your aims, progress and which guides you through the treatment process;

* exercises and activities to do between sessions to enable you to keep making progress;

* a handmade mala (and info on how to use it!).

The Power Hour is a sonic pick-me-up to help you regain your energy and purpose; a therapeutic sound bath designed around your needs.

The Power Hour is a stand-alone, hour long session during which we work on your chakras. After scanning your chakras, a variety of instruments are used to address imbalances in your energy system.

Instruments which are particularly suited to chakra work include tuning forks, Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, and large tubular chimes. Well choose which of these to use based on your scan and personal preference.

Your Power Hour includes:

* A 15 minute consultation and chakra scan to determine your needs;

* 45 minutes of chakra sound therapy, using a combination of instruments chosen just for you.

read moreGong baths are a fantastic experience which allow you to enter a state of deep relaxation as you go on a journey of healing sound.

The sound waves created by the instruments used in gong baths (also known as sound baths) allow your conscious mind to switch off and let your subconscious mind take over. This is where real healing, relaxation and soul work can take place. Different energies are created by the inclusion of various instruments and by changing how they are played. Its therefore possible to have gong baths which are relaxing or energising or which allow participants to search deep within themselves for answers.
