Colin Adam set up the business in 2004 and has expanded the driving school so that there are now six highly skilled driving instructors covering a huge number of areas across Glasgow. These instructors are able to supply all kinds of driving lessons, including Intensive and Semi-Intensive driving courses. S Side Driving covers the Shieldhall (Glasgow) test centre and pupils will be capable to do a mock test around this area to give them an idea of what to will happen on the day.

read moreThe Driving Test at Shieldhall (Glasgow) is conducted by a Driving Standards Agency (DSA) examiner. The test lasts about 35 to 40 minutes. Before the driving part of the test starts you will be required to read a number plate at a distance of 20.5 yards and answer two "Show & Tell" questions. If you are unable to read the number plate the test cannot proceed. The Show & Tell questions are all safety related with regard to things like tyres, lights, and vehicle checks etc. During the driving part of the test you will be assessed on your correct use of all the car controls and your driving technique and skills.
