We provide a complete pro-active debt recovery service from the 1st 7 day letter to instructing the High Court Sheriff for enforcement purposes & beyond. Our fee for the initial letter (including follow up) is J20. 00 plus VAT but the 1st thing we'll do is look at your terms and conditions to see if they really meet your requirements and for this there is no charge. If the debtor fails to pay and proceedings are issued, and the matter is undefended, we normally charge fixed costs as set by the Court dependent upon the amount owed.
