Found out the car I ordered was goiing to take a lot longer than orginally planned, so needed a short term replacement. This was on the Sunday evening, so sent an email to Cocoon. Got a response first thing Monday and by Thursday my 3 month short term lease Merceses was sat in the drive. You can't get a couch in less than 12 weeks but Rebecca and her team understood the situation and got everythnig, paperwork, sourcing of car, delivery all done in the shortest time. Amazing, personal service
