Clifton Quality Meats is a collaboration between two family businesses. Our butchery business traces its roots back over one hundred years and has been a purveyor of fine meat, poultry and game originally on the Fylde Coast but now nationally. The business has evolved from chain of traditional butchers shops to a network of purpose built catering meat units to ensure state of the art hygiene as well as local reliable delivery. Our 60+ work force all have the highest hygiene and general qualifications appropriate to their role varying from National Vocational Certificates to advanced HACCP Principles.
