She always keen to help her patients get to the root cause of their problem, and therefore help to prevent future injuries, through correction of imbalances within the body, and correct biomechanics. In recent years Hayley has also studied running gait analysis, so if you are an athlete struggling with injury, or just hoping to improve your personal goals, she can help and advise.
