read moreUnfortunately accidents or illnesses can strike at any time, so we can reassure you that we provide excellent care for your pet 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. During surgery hours our Veterinary Surgeons and Qualified Veterinary Nurses are always on standby at the surgery to treat your pet in the event of an emergency. Outside surgery hours emergency cover is provided by St George's Emergency Clinic, just off the ring road in the city centre. Simply call our usual telephone number 01902 731127 and your call will be diverted to the dedicated team at the emergency clinic, where arrangements will be made to see your pet if necessary.

read moreIf it's not possible for you to attend the practice but you need some advice or your pet is unwell, we can offer you a video consultation. We would always prefer to see you face to face, but understand this is not always possible in the current circumstances. Step 1: Phone us and advise the receptionist that you'd like to arrange a video consultation. Step 2: The receptionist will take some information from you and explain how the consultation will work. They'll then arrange your video consultation over the phone (which includes taking payment).
