In addition to many years knowledge in the area of debt recovery two of our Directors are Members of the Institute of Credit Management. Our collectors have been recruited from a huge array of business backgrounds, giving a depth of experience that enhances our capability to collect. Rather than poaching experienced collectors from other firms, we currently have earned our collection staff over a period of time, using our in-house training to make sure that we maximise their full personal potential.
