We don't charge arrangement fees and we don't credit score applications. As a specialist loan firm, we provide a broad array of flexible secured and unsecured individual loans. Our loans are fixed rate and so you are unaffected by changing interest rates. We trust that tenant loans are an often neglected part of the individual loans market. Burtplan welcomes applications from private tenants, council tenants, if you live with your parents, if you don't own a home, if you have a nice or bad credit record or if you have been declined elsewhere, for whatever reason.
