This team has been specially selected to represent Bluebell across a range of promotional events and displays. They explore all genres of dance from Contemporary to Hip-Hop to Jazz and Commercial, Musical Theatre and much more. Entry to Bluebell Dance Team is by invitation or audition only. read moreBluebell Dance & Drama Academy is affiliated with The Royal Academy of Dance (RAD), the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dance (ISTD), International Dance Teachers Association (IDTA) and The London Academy of Dramatic Music and Art (LAMDA). We give our dance pupils the opportunity to work towards recognised exams in their chosen discipline and work with them to ensure that they achieve the best results possible. read moreThe essence of a dance class is to take a pupil physically, musically and technically through a recognised syllabus. Generally after twelve months pupils successfully achieve an examination certificate, the taking of exams is of course down to personal choice. Tap is great fun. Pupils love to be able to hear the sounds coming from their own feet. We follow The Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing syllabus. Tap is great for keeping fit, strengthening all parts of the body and acquiring excellent co-ordination as well as improving natural rhythm.
