I took my car in for an MOT and unfortunately it failed. However, they were able to get it fixed and retested with in an hour! The lady on reception called Emma was so friendly and helpful. She was down to earth and a breath of fresh air. She was so positive and it was lovely to see. Will be coming here for everything needed in the future. Thank you for your kindness and positivity:!

Best Garage ever! Never had a problem with this place, always kept up to date, well informed and everyone is super helpful and polite! To be able to step into a garage as a young woman and not feel intimidated or feel that Im being lied to as I may look clueless about cars, for once its a really good thing and it just makes the experience better with having trust that this garage will help me! Had a problem fixed on my car thats been on going for a year: been to different places who told me different things, but this place inspected the car and gave me a solid answer. Having had a good history here with other fixtures and MOTs, I went with it and the problem has finally gone away and I couldnt be happier!

Ive been using the garage since it first opened and always found the staff to be friendly and helpful. Its not always easy dealing with car stuff being a woman and have been ripped off over the years but not these guys, I have complete confidence in them. Im especially thankful for the new (?) lady on reception who kindly called me back to advise an MOT appointment had suddenly become available so I could get my car sorted quickly. and it passed! Definitely recommend you give them a go if you havent already

Recently, I had a flat tyre while juggling child care and a summer concert. I was worried, but the garage administrator quickly took a moment to listen and check the situation. It was reassuring and confirmed I could wait until the next available slot for repairs. During that visit, I also got another important repair done at an affordable price. The staff at this garage are responsive, knowledgeable, and provide helpful information to manage safety risks, especially for mothers like me. Grateful!

I used the garage for a couple of years since I moved to Basingstoke for MOT and service for both my cars and I immediately had the impression I could trust them and I had found a good place in terms of reliability and price. Recently I had some issues due to miscommunication and misunderstanding, but they got fixed quickly, so I am happy also on how that was dealt with.

Always had a good experience here with various cars through the years. Very good customer service and they always get the job done efficiently and at a fair price.

I brought my Fiat 500 here for a rear axle replacement. Thank you for doing it for me. I emailed so many garages in my local area, and no one responded and emailed you and replied so quickly, and I was relieved as I felt like I probably had to give the car up. Although it was done back in February. This garage just came back to my mind all of a sudden when i just thinking about my car and how I probs wouldn't be driving it again untill you guys helped. Not my first visit, one of many and why they are good honest and quick. They explain the issue and what they are able to do. Some companies give rubbish service. These people are great and always my go to place if there is an issue.

I went in yesterday & asked if they was able to fit my new plates on car & was greeted by a very nice gentleman who said they would do it now can't recommend enough been using this garage for years they are very helpful & definitely the cheapest around.

I have used these guys for several years for all of my 6 cars (2 Minis, 1Seat, 1 Jaguar, 1 Volvo and a Mercedes). They have always been fantastic! On time, efficient, honest, friendly and ultra-competitive on price! I would recommend to anyone.

I have been using this garage for over 7 years now for MOT's and other work. Customer service is excellent and the cost is always reasonable. Today's MOT was booked in and paid for online for 5.30pm. I arrived at 5.15pm and the job was completed by 6.05pm. I'll be back with our other car in April.

Have used this garage for over 2 years now for MOT's, servicing and any additional works/new tyres etc. I've always received good customer service, cost of works is reasonable and they are very helpful at explaining. They are never looking to create extra work and clearly value their customers. I trust them completely and recommend them to my friends and family who also now make special trips to use their services even though they could go somewhere closer! I wouldn't go anywhere else now, thank you!

Started to use this garage after moving to Basingstoke 2 years ago. The guys are always very friendly, can always get my cars booked in and overall they offer a great service. Even let me have a look under one of my cars whilst it was up on the ramps to assess the underbody.

Have been using this garage for about 4 years now, used for all of my MOT's/services/repairs and every single one has been hassle free and easy. You can book online at a time which is convenient to you, once the MOT is complete they will call and explain anything that's important about your vehicle, charge you a reasonable price and will repair as fast as possible.

Have always been a bit apprehensive about using garages but this one has made all my experiences with my cars lovely and stress free. Would recommend to anyone looking for an excellent all around garage for maintenance/MOT's. Look forward to using you in many years to come! :

Kevin and his team are friendly, helpful and very accommodating. The MOT on my Ford transit custom was done quickly and efficiently and I had a few other things fixed and whenever there was an issue or something needed to be changed that I was not aware of they were on the phone explaining everything. Would definitely be using them again and would recommend to anyone. Great service and great people.

First time using Basingstoke MOT & Servicing Centre. It always feels like a bit of a gamble going somewhere new to have work done to your vehicle, especially as a single woman as you're scared of being taken advantage of. I'm so pleased I decided to take my car here for its MOT and service as the staff were really welcoming and friendly. My car failed it's MOT but the fault was remedied efficiently and it passed second time.

The cost was lower than I had expected, in comparison to previous experiences at other garages. Communication from them was excellent and the documents for work carried out is thorough and well presented. Basingstoke MOT & Servicing Cente, completed a MOT on my electric car. Booked and paid for online in advance, text message reminder and the MOT was completed with the 45 minutes. Convienent & efficient and I will be back again in the future.

Brilliant. They are open on a Saturday and after diagnosing the problem they called me with a quote for the repair before proceeding with doing the work needed.

Had an MOT here. They fitted me in quickly, kept me up to date with progress and the bill was very reasonable.

Been using this place for all my car work for the last 3 years. They've always been super helpful and cheerful. Ive never been overcharged and all work has always been done to a really good quality. Nice to get a reduced price on the MOT with the letter that they send you yearly as well.

Excellent service from the staff. Had an MOT done on a Saturday afternoon after making last minute appointment. Very convenient timing for me. Clean waiting room with a coffee machine (40p) and toilets. Lots a parking at the front of the building. A member of staff clearly explained the MOT advisories on my car and gave advice and a time scale when they should be done. Will be back next year.

BMSC Have maintained our fleet of vans for 4 years now, year on year our repair costs have down 25% and the quick turnaround is second to none. With a van in most weeks (large fleet) we have all got to know the manager and have seen a few customers try their luck over the years. I would definitely say its MUCH more a case that he doesn't suffer fools gladly!

Had a chunk out of one of my tires so I took it down to get looked at. The guys checked it all over as well as the exhaust for free and told me it didnt need replacing. I know nothing about cars so they could have easily ripped me off but they were so genuine. Will be booking my MOT and services with them in future! Honest pays.

These guys are great. Nothing is too much trouble! I've been coming here for years for my tyres.they'll always check them for me if I think something isn't right, never try and sell me anything I don't need, and If I DO need a replacement they show me the problem, and order in replacements before lunchtime the following day if not already in stock. Always polite and courteous, never patronising (like some places you visit!). Wouldn't hesitate to recommend, and do to people who ask!

I've used these guys for service, MOT, repairs etc regularly over the years. I've never had any issues and find the prices are reasonable.

Friendly, honest service. Used for a few different cars over the years for servicing/repairs, and most recently got them to fix a problem with an engine undertray. They booked me in same day, it was promptly fixed and they fully explained what they did to fix it. Absolutely what I want out of a garage.

Really can't fault these guys. Have been using them for all of my car troubles now for two years. They've done big jobs, small jobs and everything inbetween. Always fairly priced and done on time. Steve is great with advice and everyone is very honest. Worth travelling 20 miles for. I'll be using them for a long time to come.

Absolutely amazing prices. There quotes & prices are brilliant! I've had a few jobs done there and it's always been a superb finish. Had 1 small issue when a part they fitted went horribly wrong, but they didn't quibble and called me back to replace.
