You can create an appointment without seeing your doctor 1st or you may be referred by your GP or Consultant with whom there is close liaison.

Having been established in Penrith in 2000, we expanded our services to Carlisle in 2004 following an invitation from the lead GP to provide services from their branch surgery in Harraby. We moved to our new premises on Victoria Place, Carlisle in 2014 and invested in new equipment and technology which is used to analyse, prevent, examine, treat and monitor injury.

We also offer all the standard physiotherapy treatments including joint mobilisation and manipulation, massage, exercise prescription and advice, acupuncture, electrotherapy, traction, taping, postural advice, biomechanical evaluation, ultrasound and core strengthening.
