Asset Management Property Maintenance Ltd (AMPM) came into operation at the end of 1997 providing maintenance management. The firm was established to procure and manage cost effective reactive and planned preventative maintenance contracts, delivering improved financial control, timesaving, auditability and accountability. In 2006 AMPM set up a 24/7 365 day a year helpdesk to work in conjunction with the cost management side of the business. It enables AMPM to provide a one stop maintenance service and resolve the requirements of their customers Facilities Management programmes. At the forefront is the recognition that a customer's requirements are specific and unique to the service demands of their operation.
