This consists of carefully selected properties with single tenants of good covenant who occupy pursuant to what is termed Full Repairing and Insuring Leases. Hence we refer to the investment portfolio as FRI Estates. Due to the nature of FRI leases, there is less need for day to day Landlord involvement. Investments can therefore be located more widely. Tenants tend to be more self sufficient but nevertheless there is still scope for added value to be created, for example by way of IT services or planning and design inputs.

The DBC system is based on the industry leading Avaya Index switch with on site replacement support hardware. All system programming is carried out by our own staff. We have multiple carrier routing with 3 independent fibre connections, and comprehensive internal call logging. Both fully featured digital Index handsets and standard analogue telephones are supported, and fax, modem or ISDN lines can also be provided.

We look after Industrial, Commercial and Residential property and provide this service out of all three of our management office locations. We apply the experience of over 20 years to the varied judgements, tasks and problems associated with property management. Engineering, Computing, Legal, Building, Negotiations, Rating - all are necessary areas of competence, but we place most reliance on hard work and common sense.
