Alex Burns

I have worked as a Psychotherapist in Private Practice for more than twenty five years providing Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy and Counselling to both personal and couples who are experiencing emotional difficulties. Primarily I work with adult customers of all ages who are come for therapy to cope with a huge array of presenting issues: anxiety; depression; low self-esteem; difficulties with partners, family or step-family situations; bereavement, grief and loss; problems of understanding their own emotions or their relationships with others.
