Ace martial arts is a family owned academy located in Hortonwood Telford with a thorough knowledge of martial arts skills including traditional karate, spanning almost three decades. We provide kickboxing, sport karate, weapons training and boxing, we include grappling techniques in our syllabus and self defence including locks and holds. Our program includes a ladies only Tai aerobics and circuit training class which has proved to be extremely popular with a varied age group of ladies for fitness, confidence, fat burning and toning.
